Bluey’s Smokehouse has been serving up lashing of its low’n’slow deliciousness at Cardiff RSL Club everyFriday & Saturday night.
The take-away meals include ribs, smoked meats and burgers made using Bluey’s housemade rubs and sauces. You can see a full menu by heading to their Facebook page.
While Bluey himself is not a chef, he is certainly passionate about food, and you can taste it in the meals they’ve been serving up in Cardiff.
The chefs that Bluey works with, Joel and Michael, have brought their own flavours to the menu too, using their Metal Monkey Engineering Smokin Jak vertical smoker.
