The Black Sorrows will headline Australia’s very own Cosmic Country Weekender, Dashville Skyline in February next year.
Typically held over the October Long Weekend, the lineup features over 40 Australian acts, including William Crighton, Liz Stringer, The Murlocs, Jeff Lang and Tracy McNeil.
Other acts to join the refreshed lineup include Lyle Dennis, T.Wilds, The Tall Stories and Piper Butcher.
A celebration of classic songwriting and the great folk and country artists from the 60s and 70s the festival will roll out over three days at the boutique festival and camping ground in Upper Belford.
Festival-goers will be treated to a weekend escape full of live music, artistic collaborations, family activities, markets, workshops, antique car and instrument displays, great Americana inspired food and laid-back old-school country-inspired camping.
Organisers say that the acts that couldn’t make the rescheduled event will pop up on other Dashville events in the near future, including Dashville Skyline when it returns again to its usual timeline of October in 2022.
Tickets for the festival are now on sale. Visit dashville.com.au to find out more.
