Andrew Margan, from Margan Restaurant & Winery, is once again inviting local foodies to his annual Truffle Dinner this August.
This year’s event promises to be a culinary delight featuring a delectable five-course tasting menu that perfectly highlights the earthy and savoury flavours of the renowned Perigord Black Truffle.
Andrew Margan has meticulously curated a selection of wines from his cellar, including some exquisite Italian varietals from Margan and beyond which complement the sought-after truffles grown by Black Rock Truffle.
Phil & Sally from Black Rock Truffles will join Andrew for the evening to share their passion and expertise in truffle farming.
Pre-dinner cocktails and delectable canapes will be served before moving into the main dining area for dinner.
