The enchanting, and often bewildering, world of wine will be cracked right open when Merrick Watts hits town with his show An Idiot’s Guide to Wine in October.
Merrick will take over the stage for two nights at the Spiegeltent, which is back at Civic Park in October Blanc de Blanc Encore.
It’s a show that will see the comedian and qualified sommelier guide audiences through a tasting experience featuring six carefully selected wines, each paired with suggested food accompaniments, historical insights, and, of course, his humorous and engaging commentary.

The show will play for two nights during Strut & Fret’s season of Blanc de Blanc Encore in October after their hugely successful and extended sell-out run in Sydney and Darwin.
