With a resume boasting stints at renowned hatted restaurants like Ragazzi, Bar Copains, Movida, Nomad, and Cut Bar & Grill,.

“I have known Nikhil for many years and have watched his career go from strength to strength,” Executive Chef Rafael Tonon, said.

“I couldn’t be happier for us to work alongside each other and to have him join the Alfie’s team as we continue to deliver the curated experience at Alfie’s New Lambton and expand our catering offering.”

As Bhanot steps into his new role, Tonon will pivot towards new culinary horizons, spearheading Alfie’s expansion into event catering.
