Air Supply is bringing 50 years of hits to Newcastle, with the legendary soft rock duo set to perform a special anniversary concert at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre this December.
The milestone tour celebrates five decades of music from Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, whose catalogue of timeless ballads and chart-topping singles has made them one of Australia’s most successful musical exports.
Following a string of sold-out Australian shows last year, the pair will return to the stage to revisit the songs that have soundtracked generations of fans.
Audiences can expect a setlist packed with classics, including Lost in Love, All Out of Love, The One That You Love and Making Love Out of Nothing at All.
The songs helped propel Air Supply to international stardom and remain among the most recognisable love songs ever recorded.
Since forming in the mid-1970s, Air Supply has built an extraordinary global following, selling more than 40 million albums worldwide.
Their enduring appeal has seen the duo continue to perform to audiences around the globe, with their blend of soaring melodies and heartfelt lyrics standing the test of time.
The 50th Anniversary Tour offers fans the chance to relive some of the biggest hits of the late 20th century while celebrating the remarkable longevity of a partnership that has become synonymous with romantic rock music.
With decades of chart success behind them, the Newcastle show is expected to be a nostalgic journey through one of Australia’s most beloved songbooks.
Air Supply will perform at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on Saturday, 12 December 2026. Venue pre-sale tickets are available now, with general ticketing information available through the Newcastle Entertainment Centre.
