Abbie Chatfield is heading to Newcastle in July with her brand-new live show Abbie Chatfield Loves Men, bringing her trademark mix of sharp comedy, chaos and cultural commentary to the stage at the Civic Theatre.

Following a sold-out national run that saw her trauma dump to more than 18,000 ticket holders, Chatfield returns with a show built entirely around the topic of men, the good, the bad and the wildly overconfident.

The show leans into modern masculinity with Chatfield’s signature unfiltered style, exploring the curious world of men who explain everything, whether asked or not.

Expect a night that blends stand-up comedy with social observation, delivered with her usual fearless edge.

Adding to the unpredictability, the production will also feature comedic games and guest interviews with genuinely great men, alongside plenty of the kind of chaotic moments that have become a hallmark of her live performances.

Chatfield has built a reputation for shows that mix humour with sharp takes on contemporary culture, and this latest offering continues that approach while pushing further into the dating and gender dynamics that dominate online and offline conversations alike.

Abbie Chatfield Loves Men comes to Newcastle Civic Theatre on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 at 7pm. The show is strictly 15+ and runs for approximately two hours with no interval. General public tickets go on sale Friday, 8 May from 10am via civictheatrenewcastle.com.au.
