Following the success of their first Rum Master Class, the Clarendon Hotel, Liquor Mojo & The Newcastle Rum Club have teamed up again for another evening of fine Caribbean rums paired with a degustation style dinner from The Courtyard Brasserie.
Guests will be welcomed with rum cocktail on arrival and will taste 7 carefully selected rums throughout the night.
Rum experts will explain the history and flavours of all the rums which will also be matched to a tasty dish designed by head chef, Ben Outram.
