Last year 2000 people made their way over to Stockton RSL for the inaugural Revin’ Rockabilly Festival in an effort to raise money for SIDS AND KIDS hunter region. Well, this year the festival is back bigger and better on Saturday June 20.
Once again the aim of the day is to raise money for SIDS AND KIDS hunter region. The day kicks off at 10am with the streets filled with classic, hotrod and customs cars.
There’ll also be market stalls with a massive range rockabilly, rock n roll and vintage gear, a kids carnival with rides and fun for the whole family, a pin up competition with best dressed rockabilly pin up and rockabilly vintage categories, dance displays, and old school milk bar and of course the entertainment running from 10am till 10pm.
Highlights of the entertainment program include; DJ Vinnie pumping out the best tunes & keeping the day on track, Sydney rockabilly band, Voodoo Rythem Shakers with their leading lady lady Toni Michele at 4:00pm and local rockers The Flattrakkers at 7:00pm.
