Pete Cooper from The Porkers is turning 50 & he’s playing Maitland’s AutumnFest to celebrate

The front man of one of Australia’s most infamous Ska band’s, The Porkers is turning 50. Yes, Pete Cooper (AKA Pete Porker) is hitting half a century.  To celebrate he and Chop Top Promotions will present The Porkers live in Pete’s home town of Maitland on May 6 as part of AutumnFest.

Pete grew up in Maitland, and for more than half his life has been bellowing out the front of his band, The Porkers who are internationally renowned for their rockin’ Ska music and energetic stage show.

To celebrate Pete’s 50th, The Porkers are set to kick AutumnFest’s Friday night line up in the pants and run around with it’s underwear on its heads!

AutumnFest is NSW very own Kustom Kars & Kulture weekend now held at Maitland show ground. This year’s event will run from Friday May 6 until Sunday May 8. See below for the full lineup.
