This summer marks the 15th year of a day on the green. And what better way to celebrate than a bill headlined by Paul Kelly. He’ll be joined by Kasey Chambers and Marlon Williams for the November 28 show at Bimbadgen Winery in the Hunter Valley.
After more than 360 shows nationally and 2.75 million happy patrons, the A Day On The Green experience of good food, good wine and great music is firmly established as one of Australia’s most popular music events. This concert will be the 51st presented at Bimbadgen Winery since launching in 2002.
After sell-out shows nationally earlier this year Paul Kelly will reprise his hugely entertaining The Merri Soul Sessions for A Day On The Green.
In case you missed it the first time around, The Merri Soul Sessions is a unique concert experience with 10 musicians and performers led by Paul with lead vocalists Dan Sultan, Clairy Browne, Kira Puru, Vika Bull and Linda Bull joining for an electrifying soul revue. All six vocalists perform songs from the album ‘Paul Kelly Presents The Merri Soul Sessions’ along with a dose of Paul Kelly hits.
