Last week we were lucky enough to be invited for lunch at Reserve on Hunter Street as part of a new promotion we’re doing with them. And to say we left satisfied is a total understatement.
Head Chef Sam greeted us for our closed sitting. We watched and photographed as he prepared one of the restaurant’s most loved shared dishes, an 800 gram Cape Grim T-Bone with hand cut chips and green salad and one of their current specials.
