Chris Isaak comes to the Hunter in April

Newcastle Live -

Music

Chris Isaak’s love affair with Australia is no secret; he is currently a judge on The X Factor Australia, boasts an unparalleled eleven ARIA top twenty albums across his 30-year career, and has sold upwards of a million albums in Australia alone. He’ll play Bimbadgen Winery in the Hunter Valley on Saturday April 9 with support acts James Reyne, Richard Clapton and Thirsty Merc as part of the A Day On The Green series.

The crowd at Bimbadgen in April will be treated to performances of tracks from Isaak’s latest release, I First Comes The Night as well as long running hits like ‘Wicked Game’, ‘Forever Blue’, ‘Baby Did A Bad Bad Thing’ and ‘Somebody’s Crying’. Of course it wouldn’t be a Chis Isaak show without a good injection of his sly sense of humour and raw charisma too.

Isaak has never missed a show in his three-decade long career and his relentless touring schedule has earned him the reputation as one of the funniest and most enigmatic live performers in the industry.  Joining Isaak at as support will be local legends James Reyne, Richard Clapton and Thirsty Merc.

Tickets are on sale Monday November 23.
