The owners and staff at The Kavon Theatre Restaurant on Beaumont Street in Hamilton have volunteered their time and talents to raise money for Hunter Animal Rescue, with a charity burlesque show on Friday 3rd June.
Ticket holders will be treated to a special burlesque show, featuring a sneak peck from the Kavon’s newest show, “Big Screen Burlesque”. The ticket also includes a main meal and cupcakes.
Hunter Animal Rescue (HAR) is a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers who dedicate their time to finding new homes for abandoned pets facing euthanasia.
Because there is food served within the restaurant, the Kavon are unable to have rescue animals on premises, but there will be a slideshow of dogs and cats currently available for adoption and a chance for pet lovers to take home a dog.
